First AON campaign to reach 100% - Thank you🧡

In fact, the campaign is now well over 100%, but I will keep it open until the deadline so you can still purchase a Wallaxe, kit, badge or simply contribute.

While I begin the development of the final public version, I want to share some background about myself and the project.

As you know, the WallAxe started as a brainwave. I never really had too much conviction in making it reality because although the idea was simple enough, in practice there are a lot of skills involved. To start with, the case needs modeling in a CAD software. Then there are space constraints that require carefully arranging and choosing the components that will be used to assemble it.

My vision has always been to make this build achievable by anyone in the world, a bit like the seed signer. This meant that I had to reduce custom parts as much as possible and work with what's available in the market.

Cooling was also an important problem to solve. Maybe the most challenging.

The cherry on top was 3D printing. If any of you has ever had to do anything with it, I'm sorry.

These are all skills that I had to learn because my background is unrelated to any of the above. But I started. For the last 2 years I've been obsessing over learning these skill, I've read electrical engineering books, watched countless tutorials, and basically turned my bedroom into a workshop to experiment, playing around with electronics, messing things up but most importantly making things happen. I found this an incredibly rewarding process.

The project has been shared by some of the largest accounts on X related to Bitcoin, and for this I have to thank all of you who engaged with it and Geyser.
