1. Food Assistance: Providing nutritious, regular meals to street children, families in vulnerable situations, and elderly people at risk in Cotonou and its surrounding areas.

2. Institutional Support: Supporting orphanages and public schools with basic resources (food, school supplies, educational materials) to sustainably improve living and learning conditions.

3. ₿ Financial Education: Introducing our beneficiaries to Bitcoin and Nostr as tools for financial inclusion and economic empowerment, offering them a vision of the future within the global digital economy.

4. Community Awareness: Organizing public educational campaigns that include practical demonstrations, educational stickers, satoshi payments, and accessible onboarding sessions for everyone.

Our Approach

Hope With Bitcoin offers a human-centered, innovative, and fully transparent approach to addressing vulnerability in Benin:

Feeding the Most Vulnerable: Regular distribution of hot, nutritious meals to street children, underprivileged families, and isolated elderly people. Each meal is an opportunity to build human connection and restore dignity.

Supporting Orphanages: Providing food, essential goods, and supplies, along with regular visits and personal engagement with children and orphanage staff.

Assisting the Sick: Funding medications, essential treatments, and emergency medical interventions for those without access to basic healthcare.

Supporting Education: Distribution of complete school kits, assistance with school fees, and access to affordable internet for students and apprentices, ensuring that poverty is not a barrier to education.

Our Story

Hope With Bitcoin was born on an ordinary Sunday on the beaches of Cotonou, Benin. That day, the founder watched children turn themselves into “living statues” to catch the attention of passersby and earn a few coins, just enough to hope for a meal that day.

These children, frozen in their poses, carried hunger, hope, and resignation on their faces. Behind each of them was a story of survival, a struggling family, and a dream put on hold.

At that very moment, a deep conviction emerged in the founder’s heart:

"No child should have to survive this way. No parent should have to watch their child struggle to eat. And if Bitcoin can change the global financial system, it can also change the lives of these children."

On January 8, 2025, Hope With Bitcoin officially became a reality. A vision turned into action. Hope turned into a movement.

This successful collaboration demonstrates our ability to mobilize the blockchain and humanitarian ecosystem to maximize impact on the ground.

Strategic Action Plan (2026 – 2030+)

Our roadmap is ambitious but realistic, structured to maximize our impact and ensure sustainability.

PHASE 1: Year 2026

The Year of Financial Autonomy and Outreach: 2026 will be a decisive year for Hope With Bitcoin. We will simultaneously build our economic independence, increase our visibility, and maintain our humanitarian impact.

A. Income-Generating Activities

Integrated Livestock & Agriculture Project ( In a small space.)

Our immediate priority for 2026 is developing a project combining livestock and agriculture to generate regular and sustainable income:

Livestock Component:

• Raising chickens for meat production

• Sustainable and animal-friendly management

Agriculture Component:

• Growing vegetables and tubers for food and sale

• Sustainable farming techniques adapted to the local climate

Livestock-Agriculture Synergy:

• Using animal manure as natural fertilizer

• Partial food self-sufficiency for animals

• Reduced operational costs

• Maximized profitability

Goal: Generate stable income by the 7th month to finance a significant portion of our humanitarian actions.

Future Developments:

Once the Hope With Bitcoin Community Center is established, we will gradually integrate:
