It's progressive. Different parts of your income get taxes differently so effective tax rate is closer to 43-49%.

Oh did we mention our lovely health insurance tax which is an additional 10%?

It's never called tax but it has been reported it is being mixed in with the general government budget.

But hey, it's not a tax!
