What adjustments had to be made to the spec?
(I am assuming you are referring to https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1767)
I think mostly the ability to target the Task to (multiple) Nostr events.
I can use them as Issues on a repo (or several repos at once).
Or on App events.
Or Projects (with milestones).
Or organized calendar events.
Or Nostr whiteboards.
Etc...
