Got a few questions about sending hashrate from my Bitaxe to the block party.

1st- Does the Stratum address supplied on the website go in the section labeled Stratum Host?
2nd- Do I add :3333 at the end? Or does that go in the section labeled Stratum Port?
3rd- Does the Username supplied on the website go in the section labeled Stratum User?
4th- Does my payout address go in the section labeled Hostname under the Network tab?
