Concept is great. Practical feedback: I'm having a hard time figuring the system out, not sure if this is because I'm on Firefox, UI/UX issue, network latency, or I'm just dense (likely). For example, It shows in the R side bar "10 players" but I am not listed among them? Additionally, I can not see who has what territory.

Picbelow is what I saw for quite a long time; eventually (~10 min?) it updated to the colored blocks as shown)

Great feedback! Thank you! It needs work on getting proper real time updates. If you refresh you'll get new info but the front end needs better event streaming support.

The 10 players are just a leaderboard. There's also a bug where "Total Players" is tied to the leaderboard and not the real number of players. As people start conquering other territories that should start to update with new names but it'll still show just 10 players for this first round.
