I try to buy my bacon from a local Farm to Market store, but sometimes I buy big packs of quality bacon from Costco. The farm to market bacon is always leaner and has a really good smoke flavor but I really like that good pork fat flavor so I actually kind of favor the more fatty Fletchers brand from Costco.

I do buy all my pork sausage in bulk from farm to market and it's REALLY good!
