Last time I made beef tallow I cooked the fat on the stove top and it took quite a while to extract all of the juice. Going to try using the slow cooker this time

I don't think the slow cooker method is going to work. After a couple of hours, a little bit was extracted but it just burnt on the bottom of the bowl. I'm just going to do it on the stove again tomorrow. Last time I made tallow it was on the stove and I poured it out frequently which is probably wh...
