Out of the quoted list of shitty behaviour, the 'exploit workers' is definitely the weakest link. It contains all sorts from over-entitled people screaming exploitation to actual slavery. Happy to ignore that one and I agree that being an insider helps a lot. The problem with the insider as the only requirement is that I don't believe there isn't a single insider circle - there is more than one. So technically you can be an outsider with respect to one circle, or even create a new circle.
So the common denominator is values not membership of a specific clique. Can you think of any billionaires who didn't do any of the stuff in the quote if we ignore the worker exploitation bit?
