I don’t really drink milk in general on the regular, however I have heard that pasteurized milk removes basically all of what makes milk good for you. Though I would he scared of drinking it raw too...
If you eat live culture yogurts etc. that makes up for most of the stuff that's missing from pasteurised milk. (Like enzymes and lactic acid bacteria that improve digestion etc.)
There's some other things like antibodies that you can get from raw milk that can help your immune system which get destroyed when it's pasteurised.
Like if you're allergic to grass pollen or something else that the cows are exposed to.
But you can also get most of those benefits from seasonal honey.
