Private Law Society
The idea that justice = the State is recent, and it’s not inevitable.

Henrido made this video explaining a core point: justice is a conflict-resolution service, and services work better without monopolies.
For centuries, conflicts were resolved through private agreements, voluntary arbitration, economic incentives, reputation, social exclusion, and direct restitution to the victim.
No central police, no state prosecutor, no political coercion.

That’s exactly where PLS comes in.

Private Law Society builds on the same foundation, justice as spontaneous order, and moves it into practice: voluntary contracts, private arbitration, enforcement via collateral and reputation, aligned (not imposed) incentives.

The video shows it’s possible.
PLS is building the infrastructure for this in the 21st century.
Congrats Henrido, highly recommended watch.
