CCTV should be renamed to CSN
Citizen Surveillance Network
Enough of the cute names. Just be honest at least and call it what it is.
Also most "CCTV" is no longer closed circuit and often have direct internet access, uploading to Cloud and open ports for Chinese Hackers to use.
