​We performed the uninstallation, complete cleaning, rust removal with acid, applied a coat of metal polish, complete rewiring, socket replacement, socket adaptation, reinforced the ceiling canopy, shortened the chain for more height and reinstalled it.

​The original dual-circuit system was respected, thus allowing all four possible combinations to be achieved with two switches.
