I feel that. I tell them it’s mostly not about what they ship, but rather them struggling through and gaining an understanding of how all of this works. How they have to think. I’ve heard the JavaScript Mastery guy on YouTube put it well: software engineering is a mindset.

Once you realise that Claude is a better coder than you, then why would you look at the code? Just get 4 Claudes to review Claude's code. Rather spend the time planning, architecting, and designing ways to improve the workflow
