Ever greater numbers of young people are no longer seeking work according to ONS data.

Before we blame the benefits system or education.... perhaps we should think of this differently.

If we see employment as a 'service' to workers (which it sort of is, as well as being of benefit to employers!), then we should look at what sort of work is on offer.

In a market if demand declines the product (here jobs) is unappealing!

Look at the jobs on offer, not the prospective workers!
