So grace is the topic for today.

Let's Be Clear

Grace does not mean:

· Become the abuser yourself
· Let people walk all over you
· Stay silent when you should speak
· Enable someone else's sin
· Protect the abuser
· Ignore the harm

What Grace Actually Is

Grace is:

· Unmerited favor
· Love you didn't earn
· Forgiveness you didn't deserve

But grace is not permission to keep sinning.
Grace is not a free pass to keep harming.

What Real Grace Looks Like

Real grace:

· Forgives — but doesn't enable
· Loves — but doesn't excuse
· Restores — but requires repentance
· Heals — but doesn't ignore the wound
· Speaks truth — but doesn't destroy

What Grace Is Not

Grace is not:

· Silence
· Avoidance
· Enabling
· Letting it slide
· Protecting the abuser
· Pretending it didn't happen

The Unhook

Grace is not weakness.
It's strength.

Grace is not permission to sin.
It's power to stop sinning.

Grace is not silence.
It's truth spoken in love.

The Declaration

I will not misuse grace.
I will not use it to silence victims.
I will not use it to protect abusers.
I will not use it to avoid accountability.

I will extend real grace.
Grace that speaks truth.
Grace that restores.
Grace that holds accountable.

And I will not become the abuser myself.
