Does anyone here think about inheritance and more importantly have a solid non custodial approach when you cannot trust (or have) extended family and therefore also need to think adversarially about 3rd parties once you die?

I start looking at closed wills, family trusts, multisig, jurisdictional issues and it's quite hard to be both protectively comprehensive yet also not so complex that your kids are left in a confused mess.

Does anyone think they have a rock solid approach?

any "lost", non inherited coins are actually a donation the comunity for inheritance you might take into account to inherit hardware wallet or seeds, divided and located in different places. you also could lock the coins you like to inherit with timelock of 5 to 10 years.
