The payment targets proposal was soundly defeated by a vote, but that doesn’t mean I’m done adding payment methods to nostr:npub1car07c9zhkf7nkjh062v860gje8rf6v7m3sh0dttf5xypwv...
On the offline question a replier raised: everything runs over Nostr relays, and at least some setups queue requests and wake the wallet node if it isn't already running rather than failing outright. So an unreachable wallet isn't necessarily a dead end. Nice addition either way.
