Anyone know of any affordable nutritionally dense foods that don't have to be cooked, or reheated that taste ok, and that last longer than a week, ideally without artificial ingredients?

And preferably Kosher too!

Nuts, cheese, milk, egg yolks, dried fish, canned sardines and tuna (in water or tomato sauce), pammican/jerky (expensive though)

pemmican came to mind immediately. Has a long history in America. Probably not trying to go that route but I shot my shot 🤣

Summer sausage

Homemade beef jerkey! (You can really make it from any cheap cut and although it’s light weight it has all the nutrients the raw beef would have)

Canned fish comes to mind, tuna, sardines.

Grains are calorically dense and often do not require cooking, a long soak is sufficient for example for oatmeal or rice. Canned beans.
