Do you have a family member who is sick, takes maintenance medication, and purchases medicine every month? Now is your chance to share their story with the BCHNostr community!
Here are the Mechanics:
💊For your entry:
Share a brief medical history of the patient and their current medical condition(s) (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, etc.).Upload a clear photo of the patient's latest prescription with the physician's signature.
📌A clear photo of the original receipt for the purchased medicines, showing the purchase date.
📌Copy the link to your entry and paste it in the pinned comment section.
📌For transparency, you may also repost your entry to the community feed. Don't forget to tag @princessbellle✨and @Maeb as well @Prime Architect @Butterfly @wicked soul
Include the hashtag #MedicineForHope in your post.
Rules
📌 The receipt must be dated within the last 5 days from the date of purchase.
📌 Only medicines that have already been purchased are eligible for reimbursement.
📌 All submitted documents will be subject to verification by the organizers.
📌 Open to both verified and non-verified members.
📌 Deadline: 24 hours from the time this challenge is posted.
Prizes
👑 7 winners will receive $10 each as medicine reimbursement.
The remaining 30$ from the campaign budget will be allocated as an administrative fee and placement fee on the community spaces.Processing and verifying submissions require additional time and effort, alongside our other responsibilities. This initiative was created solely to extend assistance to community members who are struggling to afford their medications.
Winner Selection
🌟 Winners will be selected through a random raffle draw (roulette wheel). The draw announcement will be posted after the submission period ends.
The judges' decision is final, and no appeals regarding the winner selection will be entertained.
