The issue is that with guidelines like https://csrc.nist.gov/projects/post-quantum-cryptography and https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/news/pqc-migration-roadmap-unveiled these institutions might be spooked to enact the migration in order to retain their licenses. Nuts.

I was wondering if Saylor was going to do ANYTHING regarding funding of Bitcoin R&D so I think it’s good he is contributing to something.. …hopefully in a meaningful way, leveraging the existing approaches (e.g OpenSats) or similar such structures
