Yep—because Bitcoin is a sound money. Very well put. From a societal and governmental point of view—sound money enables truth-telling across time. Without it (and especially under fiat currency conditions) the information is time-delayed and signal source is confused.

In some sense, none of us are “educated buyers” or “educated voters” because the price signals, political costs, and economic costs are all mixed up, misattributed, and deferred into the future. It’s not that the system isn’t lying, per se—it’s that it’s incapable of accurately telling the whole truth.
