By now, the reported connections between individuals tied to Bitcoin Core and the Epstein operation have likely reached your attention.

No one expects apologies. Those tend to come from people who still operate on honour and accountability.

What I am genuinely curious about is how this makes you feel. Confused? Angry? Betrayed? Embarrassed? Some combination of all of them?

Please spare us the usual reflex of dismissing everything as fake, exaggerated, or irrelevant. Self-deception helps no one, least of all you. At some point, intellectual honesty requires acknowledging when you may have backed the wrong side.

Take the time to reassess. Do some real soul searching. If you still care about Bitcoin and what it represents, then stand against individuals and interests that undermine it.

Refusing to re-evaluate your position risks permanently damaging your credibility and integrity. Take the L, recover some dignity, and help push Bitcoin back toward principles that made it worth defending in the first place.
