I can do muscle ups in my dreams, but for some reason I can’t do them in real life 😂
Weighted pull ups.
Work up to really heavy weighted pull ups for 4-6 reps over the next three months. Then try again 🤌🏼
You will feel light as a feather without weight hanging off you.
This is assuming you can already do 10-20 unweighted pulls ups and dips feel more like cardio and you can keep going and going. If this isn’t the case, get better at these first.
