@nprofile1q... It’s pretty unfortunate it came to that. You’re basically left with either giving up your identity and hoping for access, or losing the account entirely. It doesn’t even seem like account age factors in. It's just a gamble whether you hit the right decision tree in the unattended process or not and get access back.
