Bypass the federal reserve and print gvt issued money and pay off the national debt.

Then separate state from money.

This will never happen. The whole thing is rotten from the core mostly due to lofty positions will always corrupt a person. We could all initiate change by protesting or stop paying taxes which to directly to the MIC though, for example.
