You don’t need to “install” a Movie or a Song that is downloaded. Just play it. A game one needs to install after download and is more prone to virus or backdoor stuff so tends to get more “purchase” oriented rather than freebie downloads. That’s my take on it 🤓

Gaming is also bigger than several major sports leagues. I think it was PGA and NBA. I may be wrong though. It was years ago that I saw the stats.

I would argue that the gaming industry as we’ve seen AAA flops (Cyberpunk comes to mind), these past few years and the majors like CoD seemingly abandon their player base through poor incentives ultimately eliminate pro competitions.
