The problem with “pegging to Bitcoin” is that your 200k gallon of honey will be 20k or even 2k in a decade or two. Money first has to be a widely adopted store of value before it can become a medium of exchange and unit of account.

I do like the #circulareconomy though and sats are an amazing medium of exchange - my favorite, actually.
