I gave up on those fitness watches once I realized that no matter what it shows, I'm not changing behavior or lifestyle to make it better. It's a glorified alarm to reset bad habits. But I wasn't. What's the point of knowing??🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm pretty sure a watch cant understand my sleep well enough to permit me to do anything about it. The better sensor is my body, it tells me if my sleep went well and if I need more or not😄
