If you put that much effort in the setup, why not 3-of-3 multisig? It would add so much more security.
3-of-3 creates a single-point-of-failure. 2-of-3 eliminates a single-point-of-failure such as a typo in a passphrase, which is essentially a 2-of-2. One minor mistake and you will hodl forever.
