My daughter has been working on perfecting making sourdough since the year began. These are looking like her best work to date. She wants to be an artist baker. Her Cakes are already remarkable, and she has a little business with the cakes. I think I need to invest a better kitchen for her, it's going to be a hot summer in the house.
