So, when I try to upload anything, #amethyst gives me 3 server options:

1. Satellite.earth *which fails with message saying permission denied: blossom.upload required

2. Nostrcheck.me *which seems to work most of the time

3. Nostr.download * which fails with message: Missing x-sha-256 header

What gives? Is it my device?

I'm not sure. I don't upload anything via those sites. I host my own media. Maybe you can try nostr build. I heard everyone uses that one.

Go to settings, Media servers. There you can add or remove servers, or click the default button to have the default set. I usually use my own haven server, but blossom.band, the primal server, and nostr.download work for me.
