Dear Nostr community,
I need your help!

We are trying to get healthier and in better shape, but we don't know what to eat for breakfast and second breakfast at work (like proper Hobbits!).

We don't have time to sit down and eat in peace or even heat up food at work.

What are some good breakfast ideas that are easy to prepare? What can we take to work five times a week that can be eaten cold, is easy to snack on, and requires the least amount of preparation?

We would like to cut out carbs if possible.
If necessary, maybe some potatoes or rice, but no noodles or bread.

Calling all healthy folks:

Try no breakfast at all... just eat all your calories between 12:00 and 19:00. Nothing before and nothing after... just black coffee, thee or water. If you really get hungry... eat a spoon butter (like proper grassfed butter).

Cut carbs? I'm the wrong guy. Suggest soft boiled egg(s), milk coffee w/ maple syrup in thermos, fruit, raw carrot. Reduce fat, limit to saturated only, clean out gut, increase carbs from natural sources.

Smoked salmon and hardboiled eggs are my go to when I'm in the office. With a bit of scallion cream cheese. Not that I'm fit at this point. But pretty sure my breakfasts aren't the problem.

I would find a way to make time. Maybe go to sleep earlier so you can wake up early to prep your food. Your health is the most important asset you have, more than your job imo. Pour into yourself with love and care.

Consider fasting. Certainly the easiest and very healthy for you. Maybe only eat at 11 or 1pm or only at dinner. First week is rough then it's the easiest thing

Eggs. Hard boiled for travel, with bacon for breakfast. Although an easy way I've found to monitor health is to fast until after noon. Shortening feeding time forces intermittent fasting which comes with heaps of health binifits.
