I genuinely don't understand this one - the justice arbiter shoe fits you?

This thread is actually helping me clarify what bothers me so much about the reactions to this case. I do think most conservatives are willfully ignoring most of the issues involved. That's disingenuous and really annoying.
On the other side, the commitment to and identification with victimhood among her supporters is disturbing.
