Hey @eric, unfortunately not. We are now rolling out new endpoints for our public API at a fast pace, and we aim to open up much of the functionality we have at TIDAL (check https://developer.tidal.com)

We currently don't do centralized tracking of playbacks in real time, but if we ever build that, we'll open up a now playing API as well.
