I read all the requirements and honestly, I like the idea. However, as always, I have a question.

For example, in a case where a merchant is verified on the Paytaca Map but does not have a physical store — let's say they provide a mobile service, such as a taxi service — how can I make sure everything is recorded on camera?

After all, they don't have a physical shop, but they do have the vehicle they use to run their business. How should this situation be handled?

I think a special case can be made for mobile services if the transaction and goods/service provided is recorded on video and the transaction shows up on the Paytaca recent transactions. Mainly it is just to limit the ability of people to fake transactions since we have already had a few trying.
