It gets around the background check (hidden registry) and the 11% tax here in California…..for now.
Most other places the cost of components lately doesn’t give much of a discount….especially if you factor in your time.
Probably the best resource is to stockpile components for when they make ammo nearly impossible to find…..kind of like they have been trending towards lately with the war.
