Any Japanese user who could confirm Werner’s remarks? My take is that eventually it does not matter if CIA invented bitcoin, just as it does not matter that DARPA invented Internet. But if correct, it’s good to have this foundational info which explains the heavy KYC surrounding bitcoin accounts.
