I think it's finally time for me to seriously consider switching to a day shift. I've been working nights since 2019, and I think it's one of the reasons my blood pressure has gone up.
I really need to think this through. I also want to get a walking pad so I can exercise more consistently. I think doing at least 30m of exercise every day, including walking, would be a great start.
The good news is that my blood sugar is finally back to normal. It used to be 176, but now it's 85. However, my HbA1c (glycated hemoglobin) and blood pressure are still high.
Ugh, this is stressing me out. Anyway, do you have any other advice?
P.S. I'm still waiting for my turn to see the doctor for my consultation.
