Nicotine and caffeine only

More California sober with a drink here and there. I beat the demons though. And drink a lot less than I used to. Productivity way up. Stronger. And more energy.

I never really started drinking and maybe just have one or two every couple months. I’ll admit I don’t post much though

Never done any drug my whole life. Alcohol really was never my thing either. Although will have one for special occasions, birthdays weddings but thats it.

Kombucha and Tea are my new crutches.

Got sober 4 years ago, October 22nd 2020. A good choice, and I have absolutely no intention of going back to alcohol. 🧡 Pura Vida 🏝️

Quit drinking just over a year ago now, quit smoking weed about 20yrs ago and cigs about 15yrs ago, or whenever they reached about $10CAD per pack. I hear they’re over $20 per pack now. Trying really hard to eat nutrient dense foods. Lots of steak & eggs!

1 full week no alcohol today. I’m hoping to realize more energy, more motivation and a clear mind. Second kid is on the way and gotta be my best for them. Feeling better so far but it’s a marathon

We started making homebrew Kombucha instead of beer, because we didn't want to wreck our health. Best decision.
