Fold’s markup on bitcoin back gift cards is absurd.

A $100 Amazon gift card is supposed to offer a 1.75% cashback, but they only reward 2,165 sats.

$1.75 divided by 0.00002165 BTC equals approximately $80,800 per BTC.

This translates to a roughly 7% premium over the current market price.
