Excellent analysis. Imho Bitkey has points of failure, open to breaches and hacks. Additionally, I am uncomfortable with Bitkey holding the 3rd key. Unfortunately, "not your key, not your wallet." "Not your wallet, not your coin." They need to revamp and make it 100% fail-proof.

Hypothetically, What if one has a house fire/flood, and loses their bitkey & phone simultaneously? Can the wallet be recovered? Other multisigs combat this with fireproof seed backups.
