Freedom money won't work if it isn't a good SoV either. In my opinion, it needs to do both well. I don't spend every sat I earn right away. SoV seems like a natural first step to me.

but SoV proceeds from something's utility, either practical utility or as MoE.

I have considered the implications of having most transactions on a second layer though. I'm undecided on that issue. And it's impossible to know either way how it'll play out.
