What did you do for the egfr? That's an interesting result unless you quit creatine and fixed a dehydration problem.

Fixing dehydration is almost certainly part of it, and might explain the drop - I've gotten lazy about it while being less mobile recently.

But the main thing is hilariously simple - I just drink a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil every day. It has oleocanthal in it, which is a polyphenol that is interesting for my purposes because it can attach to proteins (I know, vague) in the upper digestive or the blood. So, definitely be careful about attaching stuff to proteins, since everything your body does relies on proteins doing the work. If you go too far with this strategy, it could plausibly result in malnutrition. But I decided to try this strategy because I measured albumin in urine and it was very high. I was also **_really_** craving protein - so I guessed that I was leaking so much protein that I was malnourished and that caused the craving. The craving has ended. The tablespoon of EV olive oil has another benefit - it greases the gut and helps get unconstipated. And constipation is also caused by dehydration, do there's an unvirtuous cycle there.

Interesting. My egfr isn't great but I'm on high dose creatine, double the standard. My doc found out how much creatine and said to stay on the creatine and ignore egfr unless it declines. So little care that I haven't even had urine tested. They clearly felt my numbers were uninteresting after havi...

Olive oil is the best oil. In many meditteranean countries they drink it raw in the morning.
