Core changed bitcoin. Bip110 doesn’t change BTC as a money. It’s a temporary soft fork… you should try actually reading the bip

Try stepping back from all the personalities on both sides and ask yourself if you want to mitigate spam or ignore it until nodes are essentially centralized due to increased cost and legal burden. I’d prefer it if Core decided to mitigate spam through a consensus change similar to BIP-110 that ...
