Drug commercials are a worst. It's always somebody living their best life in a color coordinated world, and whatever the disease is a lot of times is something that less than 1 in 100k people have. That tells you how much they overcharge for their drug that it's economical for them to buy advertising space for the general audience just to reach that 0.01% of the population.
