Have you confirmed that other transactions sent to your Alby Lightning address are being received to your wallet?

Yes, done all that, all good. We can send zaps via Primal, just can't seem to receive them.
BTW, I've setup Alby Go (Friends and Family connections), Alby Hub extension etc etc, all working fine.

Receiving zaps to your Alby wallet or not shouldn't have anything to do with Primal. All that matters there is for your Lightning address to be listed in your profile, which it is. So long as your Alby Hub wallet is properly connected to your Alby account, you shouldn't have any issue receiving zap...
