OK, simply rebasing to the Bazzite handheld edition makes a world of difference. Easy quality of life tweaks for the win (like global 60fps caps — that ALONE drastically reduces power consumption)

To give you an idea how much power you can save by simply capping things at 60fps: think about how much time you spend in menus with high fps. For my AMD laptop, doing nothing else but capping the Black Myth Wukong benchmark to 60fps reduces total system power consumption from 204W to about 100W. ...
