Hold the post button ?

Maybe make the button used to post a note give you the option to do a note or start a stream? So as not to clutter

It could be a third tab next to "conversations" Once the stream tab is pressed it asks for permissions for the first time. I think this can make streaming quick and fast to access This will keep the note button dedicated to one action

On the left menu, make an entry called STREAMS where all streams from follow are shown, and where the user can additionally click a button written "Start my stream"

+1 for side menu or expandable compose button. Or Add a tab to the verified media page for image/video and one for streams adding a start stream button like the compose on that for doing a stream over watching them.

It should be in the bottom of a post just like the zapraiser!
