I have just had a brainwave
In UK supermarkets 90% of the tills are unmanned
And people are forced to queue at the one or two tills open if they have a trolley load
Self service are for baskets on...
100% correct and eventually they'll get there. Might require some business churn to create the opportunity for redesign.
